How to Form Present Perfect Continuous Sentences

-
Positive Sentences
Constructing positive sentences is simple:
“I have been” or “he/she has been” + verb + “ing.”
For example, “She has been studying for hours.”
-
Negative Sentences
To make it negative, simply add ‘not’ after “have” or “has”:
“I have not been feeling well lately.”
This form negates the ongoing action or experience.
-
Questions
Start questions with “Have” or “Has,” then add the subject, “been,” and the verb in its “-ing” form:
“Have you been watching the news?”
